I am a Maplewood Mom and I love to cook, eat and think about food all day. I have a 9 year old daughter who is my biggest critic and supporter at the same time. She is my guinea pig in the kitchen and tells me exactly how to tweak a dish. I love cooking delicious, healthy food for my friends and family. I travel with my family often and love to get to know new cultures by sampling their foods. I teach people how to cook easy, healthy dishes that are quick and without fuss.

Anu Mahadev is a stay at home mom to Aditya, almost 6 years old and has been living in South Orange for the past 6+ years. In her spare time she loves to write, read, listen to music and travel. She is also a poet and is soon releasing her very first collection of poems, titled Myriad, dealing with the emotional roller coaster that is life.
Daniela LaValva, LCSW, is a therapist and Forensic Social Worker. Ms. LaValva graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 1995, with an MS in Social Work and a minor in Law. Since graduating she has worked in various settings. She developed a private practice in Maplewood in 2001 and has worked extensively with children and families. Along with providing therapeutic services, Ms. LaValva provides pre and post divorce mediation around parenting planning and parenting concerns.
